VERACITY SYSTEMS guarantees that all Equipments, Cameras,  DVR,  power supply products and installation services provided are free from material defects and workmanship  for a period of 12 months from date of purchase and installation.

The Warranty provided does not cover any damage or defect in materials or workmaship caused by improper use, vandalism, lighting strike, power surge, force majeure and acts of God or other reasons beyond the reasonable control of VERACITY SYSTEMS.

VERACITY SYSTEMS reserves the right to Void warranty for Camera's or Equipments installed in unsuitable locations after advising the client.

VERACITY SYSTEMS shall repair or replace free of charge any defective products and workmanship defects upon its sole discretion.  In the event repair or replacement cannot be made available, VERACITY SYSTEMS may at its option, provide a temporary service unit.

VERACITY SYSTEMS shall provide a 24 to 48 hour response time for warranty claims within Metro Manila area.

VERACITY SYSTEMS shall reserve the right to impose service charges, should it be determined after inspection by our qualified service technician, that the cause or reason of the defect in materials or workmanship or operation of the CCTV SYSTEM, is not due to the equipments, products or services provided by VERACITY SYSTEMS, but was due to other causes not related to the products or services provided.
